James Hake
Date of Death:
July 16, 2012
Service:
July 22, 2012 2:00 P.M.
Location: Soldier's Chapel, Big Sky
On July 16, 2012, James Allen Hake, 56, passed away peacefully surrounded by family. He was born October 14, 1955 in Shelby, Montana, to William Edward and Marie (Bach) Hake.
Jim married Lisa Kreatz on December 23, 1998, in Bozeman, Montana. Jim was a loving, kind man with a heart larger than life. He was helpful in many ways to family, friends and strangers alike. He went above and beyond to put others needs before his. Any time someone called, he would drop everything at a moment’s notice to be there. Though he left us way too early, he lived a full and happy life. His hobbies were fishing, hunting, NASCAR, and everything outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie; sister, Donna; daughter, Missy: and granddaughter, Rhiannon.
Jim is survived by his wife, Lisa; daughters, Harmony and Holly (Rick); father, Bill (Mary); brother, Ed (Kathy), and sister, Judy; grandchildren, Spencer, Trevor, Jesse, and Destiny. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family, and friends. Until we meet again. . . “Fish on”
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 22, at Soldier’s Chapel, Big Sky, MT. A celebration of Jim’s life will be held at the Gallatin Gateway Community Center following the service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, 2600 Network Blvd. Ste. 300, Frisco, TX 75034; or to Rocky Mountain Hospice, 301 Edelweiss, #5, Bozeman, MT 59718.

Family Feedback
"Thank you for all your help and support during the death of my mother. I was very impressed with your staff throughout this difficult process. With your help we were able to say good-bye to our mother in a very meaningful way. Our loss is still so new, but our thanks to you for the care you showed."
