We are humbled by the cards and letters we receive from many of the families in our care.
After some minor confusion related to the size of the Columbarium Dokken Nelson went to extraordinary measures to remedy the situation. By taking prompt action my wife and I were able to intern my mother during the service we had planned. This was especially important as we had come from Maine to have the service. Your personnel touch and caring were vey much appreciated.

Dokken-Nelson Funeral Service recently helped our family following the death of my father. Several years earlier, they also assisted us after the death of my mother. During this sad and stressful time, the Dokken-Nelson team went above and beyond to support our family, to offer choices appropriate to our wishes and to make the process as straightforward as possible. Dokken-Nelson thought of everything, always a step ahead of our questions and concerns—from paperwork requirements to burial arrangements to placing the obituary. To a person, the team was kind and thoughtful—no detail was too small, no question too trivial. The service they provide transcends a business-client transaction.
